- Description:These Regulations amend the Offshore Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage (Safety) Regulations 2009 to ensure the full range of regulatory functions and powers currently exercised by the National Offshore Petroleum Safety Authority can continue to be exercised by the expanded National Offshore Petroleum Safety and Environmental Management Authority.
