| - Description: | These Regulations amend the Occupational Health and Safety (Safety Arrangements) Regulations 1991 to prescribe the Australian Agency for International Development (AusAID), comprising of the Director-General and the employees, as an 'entity', and the Director-General as the principal officer, for the purposes of the Occupational Health and Safety Act 1991 which means that AusAID will be the 'employing authority' for its employees rather than the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade. |
