1. Commencement


  1.1 These Regulations commence on 1 May 1993.

2. Amendment


  2.1 The National Health Regulations are amended as set out in these
Regulations.

3. Regulation 5 (Prescribed nursing homes)


  3.1 Omit the regulation, substitute:
Prescribed nursing homes
  "5. For the purposes of section 4AAAA of the Act, a nursing home specified
in Schedule 5 is an adjusted fee government nursing home.".
