1986 No. 47 NATIONAL HEALTH REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 1

After regulation 3C of the National Health Regulations, the following
regulation is inserted: Prescribed premises-day hospital facility

"3D. For the purposes of paragraph (b) of the definition of 'day hospital
facility' in sub-section 4 (1) of the Act, the following premises are
prescribed, namely, the premises known as the Sydney Day Surgery and situated
at 251-281 New South Head Road, Edgecliffe, in the State of New South Wales.".
