1987 No. 47 NATIONAL HEALTH (PHARMACEUTICAL BENEFITS) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 9

Repeat authorisations 
9. Regulation 26 of the Principal Regulations is amended:

   (a)  by omitting from paragraph (1) (e) "or 14" and substituting "or by the
        Secretary"; and
(b) by omitting from paragraph (2) (c) "regulation 14" and substituting "by
the Secretary".
