Education allowance


  1. Regulation 122 of the Naval Financial Regulations is amended-
  (a)  by omitting from paragraph (a) of sub-regulation (3A) "470" and
substituting "573";
  (b)  by omitting from paragraph (a) of sub-regulation (3A) "2140" and
substituting "2277";
  (c)  by omitting from paragraph (c) of sub-regulation (3A) "1000" and
substituting "1090";
  (d)  by omitting from sub-regulation (3B) "170" and substituting "190"; and
  (e)  by omitting from sub-regulation (3B) "2155" and substituting "2570".

Application


  2. Education allowance is payable in accordance with the provisions of
regulation 122 of the Naval Financial Regulations as amended by paragraphs
        (b), (c) and (e) of regulation 1 in respect of the attendance of a child at a
secondary school during the period that commenced on or after 7 October 1983.
