Oversea outfit allowance


  Regulation 177 of the Naval Financial Regulations is amended by omitting
sub-regulation (3) and substituting the following sub-regulation:
  "(3) In this regulation, a reference to a member shall include a reserve
member and a member referred to in regulation 5A.".
