1981 No. 70 NAVAL FINANCIAL REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 2

2. The Naval Financial Regulations as amended by this Determination apply-

   (a)  in relation to the amendments effected by paragraphs (a) and (b) of
        clause 1-with effect from the day on which Determination 0501,
        Education Allowance, is made under section 58B of the Defence Act
        1903; and

   (b)  in relation to the amendment effected by paragraph (c) of clause 1-on
        and after 1 January 1979.
