Cadet midshipmen's allowances


  1. Regulation 30 of the Naval Financial Regulations is amended by adding at
the end thereof the following sub-regulation:
  "(2) This regulation shall not have effect while Determination 0113, Trainee
Leader's Allowance made under section 58B of the Defence Act 1903, is in
force.".

Apprentices allowances


  2. Regulation 79B of the Naval Financial Regulations is amended by adding at
the end thereof the following sub-regulation:
  "(2) This regulation shall not have effect while Determination 0113, Trainee
Leader's Allowance made under section 58B of the Defence Act 1903, is in
force.".
