MILITARY REHABILITATION AND COMPENSATION AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2006 (NO. 2) (SLI NO 336 OF 2006)

- Description:These Regulations amend the Military Rehabilitation and Compensation Regulations 2004 to enable the Military Rehabilitation and Compensation Commission (Commission), or a member of the Department of Veterans' Affairs assisting the Commission, to disclose information obtained in the course of administering the Military Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2004, to an employee or contractor of Centrelink for the purposes of administering the social security law.
