9. Regulation 28 (Conditions in connection with grant of temporary entry permits)
9.1 Subregulation 28 (1):
Add at the end:
"(m) the condition that during the period of validity of the entry permit,
there is no material change in the circumstances on the basis of which the
entry permit is granted.".
