1990 No. 75 MIGRATION REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 19
Grant of visa to enable re-entry to Australia
19. Regulation 115 of the Migration Regulations is amended by omitting
paragraph (1) (a) and substituting the following paragraph:
"(a) a person is the holder of a temporary entry visa, or temporary entry
permit, that is not subject to the condition that the holder will not, after
entering Australia, be granted another entry permit while he or she remains in
Australia; and".
