1990 No. 34 MIGRATION REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 19
Extended eligibility (family) entry permit
19. Regulation 127 of the Migration Regulations is amended by omitting
subparagraph (a) (iv) and substituting the following subparagraph:
"(iv) being an illegal entrant to whom paragraph 42 (1C) (a), (b) or (c)
applies; and".
