1990 No. 1 MIGRATION REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 3
Prescribed notification-paragraph 11E(3)(a) of the Act
3. Regulation 14 of the Principal Regulations is amended by adding at the end
the following subregulation:
"(2) Subregulation (1) does not apply in relation to an exempt visa within the
meaning of section 11E of the Act.".
