Amendment 1.1 The Maternity Leave (Commonwealth Employees) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations. (NOTE: These Regulations commence on gazettal: see Acts Interpretation Act 1901, s. 48) 1992 No. 57 MATERNITY LEAVE (COMMONWEALTH EMPLOYEES) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 2 2. Regulation 6 (Prescribed persons) 2.1 Omit the regulation, substitute: "Persons to whom the Act applies 6. (1) For the purposes of subparagraph 5 (1) (b) of the Act, the following persons are persons to whom the Act applies: (a) a member or an employee of a body corporate referred to in column 2 of Schedule 1; (b) a member or an employee of an unincorporated body referred to in column 2 of Schedule 2; (c) subject to subregulation (2), an employee of a company referred to in column 2 of Schedule 2A; (d) a person referred to in column 2 of Schedule 3.
