MEDICAL INDEMNITY (UMP SUPPORT PAYMENT) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2005 (NO. 1) (SLI NO 315 OF 2005)

- Description:These Regulations amend the Medical Indemnity (UMP Support Payment) Regulations 2004 to give effect to the competitive advantage payments measures by prescribing the applicable percentage for the amount of the competitive advantage as 4.55% for the contribution starting 1 July 2005.
