Repeal


  1. Regulation 234 of the Military Financial Regulations is repealed.

Items of initial issue property of the Commonwealth


  2. Regulation 236 of the Military Financial Regulations is amended by
omitting from sub-regulation (1) "sub-regulation 234 (2)" and substituting
"clause 4 of Determination 0697, Outfit Allowance in Lieu of Issues of
Uniforms, made under section 58B of the Defence Act 1903".

Application


  3. This Interim Determination shall take effect on the day on which
Determination 0697, Outfit Allowance in Lieu of Issues of Uniforms, is made
under section 58B of the Defence Act 1903.
