1983 No. 13 MILITARY FINANCIAL REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 1

Oversea outfit allowance 
Regulation 150 of the Military Financial Regulations is amended -
(a) by inserting after "Where a member is posted oversea" in
sub-regulation (1) "or is ordered to proceed oversea"; and

   (b)  by inserting the following sub-regulation after sub-regulation (2):

"(3) In this regulation, a reference to a member shall include a reserve
member.".
