Parachutists' allowance


  1. Regulation 34 of the Military Financial Regulations is amended by adding
at the end thereof the following sub-regulation:
  "(8) This regulation shall not have effect while Determination 0108,
Parachutist Allowance made under section 58B of the Defence Act 1903, is in
force.".

  2. Regulation 203 of the Military Financial Regulations is amended by adding
at the end thereof the following sub-regulation:
  "(3) This regulation shall not have effect while Determination 0108,
Parachutist Allowance made under section 58B of the Defence Act 1903, is in
force.".
