Citation


  1. These Regulations may be cited as the Meat Chicken Levy Regulations.

Commencement


  2. These Regulations commence on 1 April 1990.

Interpretation


  3. In these Regulations, unless the contrary intention appears:
  "the Act" means the Meat Chicken Levy Act 1969.

Prescribed amounts: subsection 7 (1) of the Act


  4. (1) For the purposes of paragraph 7 (1) (a) of the Act, the amount of
0.15 cent is prescribed.
  (2) For the purposes of paragraph 7 (1) (b) of the Act, the amount of 0.005
cent is prescribed.

are repealed.
