MIGRATION AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2008 (NO. 7) (SLI NO 205 OF 2008)

- Description:These Regulations amend the Migration Regulations 1994 relating to Visitor (Class TV) and Subclass 651 (eVisitor) visas, Subclass 417 (Working Holiday) and Subclass 462 (Work and Holiday) visas, increases in Contributory Parent and Tourist (Class TR) visa application charges, Maritime Crew visas, and English language proficiency for Subclass 485 (Skilled - Graduate) visas.
