MIGRATION AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2006 (NO. 2) (SLI NO 123 OF 2006)

- Description:These Regulations amend the Migration Regulations 1994 to allow the grant of visas to the interdependent partner of certain applicants, amend provisions relating to particular visas, maintain special provisions relating to certain Vietnamese non-citizens, and increase the maximum numbers of members of the Migration Review Tribunal and the Refugee Review Tribunal.
