LAW ENFORCEMENT INTEGRITY COMMISSIONER AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2010 (NO. 1) (SLI NO 318 OF 2010)

- Description:These Regulations amend the Law Enforcement Integrity Commissioner Regulations 2006 to prescribe the Australian Customs and Border Protection Service (ACBPS) as a law enforcement agency under the Law Enforcement Integrity Commissioner Act 2006 (the Act) and the Chief Executive Officer of the ACBPS as the head of that agency, and define staff members and secondees of the ACBPS for the purposes of the Act.
