Commencement


  1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 April 1984.

Rates of interest payable in respect of deposits


  2. Regulation 2 of the Loan (Income Equalization Deposits) Regulations is
amended-
  (a) by omitting from paragraph (b) "13.394" and substituting "15.39"; and
  (b) by omitting from paragraph (c) "8.394" and substituting "10.39".
