LANDS ACQUISITION AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2007 (NO. 1) (SLI NO 223 OF 2007)

- Description:These Regulations amend the Lands Acquisition Regulations 1989 to exempt from the Lands Acquisition Act 1989, the acquisition of a lease by the Commonwealth of land on Bathurst Island, where the acquisition is carried out in accordance with section 19A of the Aboriginal Land Rights (Northern Territory) Act 1976.
