- Description:These Regulations amend the Industrial Chemicals (Notification and Assessment) Regulations 1990 to make amendments consequential to the Industrial Chemicals (Notification and Assessment) Act 1989 and make a number of administrative changes including updating the NICNAS address, name of the Commonwealth Environment department and references to overseas legislation.
