Commencement


  1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 March 1984.

Principal Regulations


  2. In these Regulations, "Principal Regulations" means the Health Insurance
Regulations.

  3. After regulation 2AD of the Principal Regulations the following
regulation is inserted:
  "2ADAA. Each item the number of which is referred to in Schedule 5 is a
prescribed item for the purposes of paragraph 17 (1) (aa) of the Act.".

  4. The heading to Schedule 4 to the Principal Regulations is omitted and the
following heading substituted:
