HEALTH INSURANCE (DIAGNOSTIC IMAGING SERVICES TABLE) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2009 (NO. 3) (SLI NO 226 OF 2009)

- Description:These Regulations amend the Health Insurance (Diagnostic Imaging Services Table) Regulations 2008 to enable Medicare benefits to be paid for MRI services at Benson Radiology, Morphett Vale, SA and amends the manufacturer and scanner model of the specified equipment at Miranda, NSW due to the replacement of the existing equipment.
