HEALTH INSURANCE AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2009 (NO. 3) (SLI NO 270 OF 2009)

- Description:These Regulations amend the Health Insurance Regulations 1975 to give effect to rule 28 of the Health Insurance (Diagnostic Imaging Services Table) Regulations 2009 which provides for a bulk billing incentive to be paid for diagnostic imaging services that are provided out of hospital.
