- Description:These Regulations amend the Financial Transaction Reports Regulations 1990 to remove one provision that was inserted into the Principal Regulations by the Financial Transaction Reports Amendment Regulations 2006 (No. 1) as an interim measure pending the enactment of the Anti Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Bill 2006.
