FINANCIAL TRANSACTION REPORTS AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2006 (NO. 1) (SLI NO 332 OF 2006)

- Description:These Regulations amend the Financial Transaction Reports Regulations 1990 to ensure that (a) instructions sent between related bodies corporate are removed from the definition of 'international funds transfer instructions' and (b) 'prescribed particulars' are defined for the purposes of the Act.
