1. Amendment


  1.1 The Fisheries (Administration) Regulations are amended as set out in
these Regulations.
(NOTE: These Regulations commence on gazettal: see Acts Interpretation Act
1901, s. 48.)

  2.1 After regulation 2, insert:
Interpretation
  "2A. In these Regulations:
  'the Act' means the Fisheries Administration Act 1991.".

3. Regulation 3 (Peak industry body)


  3.1 Omit the regulation, substitute:
Peak industry body
  "3. For the purposes of the definition of 'peak industry body' in subsection
4 (1) of the Act, the Australian Seafood Industry Council Limited is
prescribed.".
