  1.1 These Regulations commence on 30 March 1994.

  2.1 The Finance Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

  3.1 After paragraph 6A (3) (g), insert:
  '(ga) Registrar of the Industrial Relations Court of Australia;'.
