  1. These Regulations may be cited as the Fisheries (Administration)
Regulations.

Commencement


  2. These Regulations commence on the commencement of the Fisheries
Administration Act 1991.

  3. For the purposes of subsection 4 (1) of the Fisheries Administration Act
1991, the National Fishing Industry Council is the peak industry body.
