1. Amendment


  1.1 The Fisheries Management Regulations are amended as set out in these
Regulations.
(NOTE:  These Regulations commence on gazettal: see Acts Interpretation Act
1901, s. 48.)

2. Regulation 19A (When levy is due and payable)


  2.1 Add at the end:
  "(3) This regulation does not apply to an amount of levy prescribed in the
Fishing Levy (Southern Shark Fishery Research) Regulations.".

3. Regulation 32 (Requirement to use a logbook)


  3.1 Paragraph 32 (3) (a): Omit "subregulation 33 (2), (3) or (4)",
substitute "subregulation 33 (1), (2) or (3)".
  3.2 Subregulation 32 (4):
Omit "subregulation 32 (2), (3) or (4)", substitute "subregulation 33 (1), (2)
or (3)".
