FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT AND ACCOUNTABILITY AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2008 (NO. 5) (SLI NO 266 OF 2008)

- Description:These Regulations amend the Financial Management and Accountability Regulations 1997 in order to transfer the Murray-Darling Basin Commission into the MDBA and also make several minor amendments in order to reflect amendments being made by the Water Amendment Act 2008.
