FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT AND ACCOUNTABILITY AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2008 (NO. 2) (SLI NO 108 OF 2008)

- Description:These Regulations amend the Financial Management and Accountability Regulations 1997 to prescribe Old Parliament House under the Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997 (FMA Act), to prescribe 'relevant agency receipts' for purposes of section 31 of the FMA Act, to insert a definition of 'dematerialised security' and to update a reference to the Minister for Home Affairs.
