- Description:These Regulations merge the Migration Review Tribunal (MRT) and the Refugee Review Tribunal (RRT) into one body, the Migration Review Tribunal and Refugee Review Tribunal (MRT-RRT), that are subject to the Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997 (FMA Act).
