| - Description: | These Regulations establish the Australian Trade Commission (Austrade), the Australian Institute of Family Studies (AIFS) and the Australian Reward Investment Alliance (ARIA) as prescribed agencies under the Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997 (FMA Act). These Regulations also remove the CSS and PSS Boards as prescribed agencies and amend the governance arrangements of the Dairy Adjustment Authority (DAA) under the FMA Act. |
