7.1 Form 44: Omit "(set out order to be reviewed)" (twice occurring),
substitute "(set out order to be reviewed and date of order)".

6.2 Form 55:
Before "Dated this", insert:

"I *have/*have not notified my client that the matter is next listed before
the court on (date) for (action).".

6.3 Form 55: Add at the end:

"*Omit if inapplicable".

6.4 Form 59: Omit "(or Deputy Registrar)", substitute "(or clerk in the
Registry)".

6.5 Form 59: Omit "Registrar/Deputy Registrar", substitute "Registrar/Registry
clerk".
