1.   Commencement


  1.1   Regulation 5 commences on 1 April 1992.
(NOTE:  The remainder of these Regulations commence on gazettal: see Acts
Interpretation Act 1901, s.48)

2.   Amendment


  2.1   The Family Law Regulations are amended as set out in these
Regulations.

3.   Schedule 1A (Countries or parts of countries declared to be
prescribed overseas jurisdictions for purposes of sections 60 and 69)


  3.1   After item 33, insert:
 "33A                            Ohio".
  3.2   After item 39, insert:
 "39A                            Switzerland".

Omit the item, substitute:
