- Description:These Regulations amend the Family Law Regulations 1984 to prescribe matters for the purpose of the Family Law Amendment (De Facto Financial Matters and Other Measures) Act 2008, including State and Territory laws for the purpose of parentage presumptions and the new financial settlement regime for de facto couples.
