1992 No. 67 EXTRADITION (AVIATION) REGULATIONS - REG 4

4. (1) Each of the countries specified in Schedule 1 or 2 is declared to be an
extradition country.

(2) The Act applies to each of the countries specified in Schedule 1 subject
to the Hague Convention.

(3) The Act applies to each of the countries specified in Schedule 2 subject
to the Montreal Convention. Repeal (Extradition (Hijacking of Aircraft)
Regulations and Extradition (Protection of Aircraft) Regulations)
5. Statutory Rules 1988 Nos. 282 and 286 are repealed.
