These Regulations may be cited as the Extradition (Aviation) Regulations. 1992 No. 67 EXTRADITION (AVIATION) REGULATIONS - REG 2 Commencement 2. These Regulations commence on the date of commencement of the Crimes (Aviation) Act 1991. 1992 No. 67 EXTRADITION (AVIATION) REGULATIONS - REG 3 Interpretation 3. In these Regulations: "Hague Convention" has the same meaning as in the Crimes (Aviation) Act 1991; "Montreal Convention" has the same meaning as in the Crimes (Aviation) Act 1991; "the Act" means the Extradition Act 1988. 1992 No. 67 EXTRADITION (AVIATION) REGULATIONS - REG 4 Extradition countries and application of Act 4. (1) Each of the countries specified in Schedule 1 or 2 is declared to be an extradition country. (2) The Act applies to each of the countries specified in Schedule 1 subject to the Hague Convention. (3) The Act applies to each of the countries specified in Schedule 2 subject to the Montreal Convention.
