Application of Act


  Regulation 3 of the Extradition (Republic of Italy) Regulations is amended
by adding at the end thereof the following paragraph:
  "(e)  the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of Crimes against
Internationally Protected Persons, including Diplomatic Agents (being the
Convention referred to in the Crimes (Internationally Protected Persons) Act
1976).".
