EXPORT MARKET DEVELOPMENT GRANTS REGULATIONS 2008 (SLI NO 140 OF 2008)

- Description:These Regulations give effect to two amendments in the Export Market Development Grants Amendment Act 2008 by including rules to be used by Austrade to assess applications for approved body status pursuant to subsection 89(1) of the Export Market Development Grants Act (EMDG Act) and rules to be used by Austrade for defining eligible tourism services and ineligible non-tourism services pursuant to section 107 of the EMDG Act. These Regulations revoke the Export market Development Grants.
