ENERGY GRANTS (CLEANER FUELS) SCHEME AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2006 (NO. 1) (SLI NO 363 OF 2006)

- Description:These Regulations amend the Energy Grants (Cleaner Fuels) Scheme Regulations 2004 to define ultra low sulphur diesel with 10 milligrams per kilogram as a 'cleaner fuel', set the grant rate at 1.0 cents per litre, set the start date as 1 January 2007 and the end date as 31 December 2008, and specify the method for calculating the amount of the grant.
