EVIDENCE AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2008 (NO. 1) (SLI NO 257 OF 2008)

- Description:These Regulations amend the Evidence Regulations to prescribe State legislation for self-incrimination certificates, revise the existing Evidence Regulations to incprorate changes made by the Evidence Amendment Act 2008 and to amend out-of-date references to the Evidence Act 1971 (ACT).
