EXCISE AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2008 (NO. 1) (SLI NO 240 OF 2008)

- Description:These Regulations amend the Excise Regulations 1925 to ensure that remissions, rebates and refunds of excise duty relating to condensate operate in the same way as remissions, rebates and refund of excise duty relating to stabilised crude petroleum oil.
