Repeal


  1. Regulations 9A, 14, 17 and 18 of the Defence Force (Salaries) Regulations
are repealed.

Salary to be payable fortnightly


  2. Regulation 21 of the Defence Force (Salaries) Regulations is amended-
  (a)  by omitting from sub-regulation (1) "(other than extra risk
allowance)"; and
  (b)  by omitting sub-regulation (2).

Application


  3. This Interim Determination shall take effect, in respect of the repeal of
regulation 14 of the Defence Force (Salaries) Regulations, on the day on which
Determination 0601, Uniform Maintenance Allowance, is made under section 58B
of the Defence Act 1903.
